The Cabinet of Wonders Wrap Up

How excited and thrilled I am to have such an amazing crowd attend last Friday’s event at Swankety Swank. We’ve come a long way baby and I am happily anticipating the future adventures of magick and merriment that continue to enthrall and awaken in San Francisco.

Here’s a sampling of the fun for those of you who may have missed it.

Allison Lovejoy plays the piano.

Dave Ricketts and Rob Reich from the Goucho band perform.

Just a few curios from the collection.

Special thanks to Sugar Hiccup for the fantastic confections. Everyone kept talking about those dark chocolate caramel crunch delicious treats!

Thanks to all the models: Kristen, Stephanie, Sophia and Carla for being living dolls and peachy queens. Thank you Laura and Kathryn for working so hard for many unrelenting hours setting up the shop and working the event.

Thank you Stacy Carlson for your inspiring book. Thank you Beth Mullins, Stephanie Mufson, Rebecca Sweeney and Kathryn Bernard for your fantastic Art: on view until October 8th.

Thank you Deborah and Oliver for your continued help as Swankety Swank Co-Op designers.

Thanks to Rob Reich and Dave Ricketts of Goucho for a great performance. (Go see them every Wednesday at Amnesia.)

Thank you Scott for the great idea, introduction to Stacy and the fantastic music with Allison and Elena. Thank you Allison Lovejoy for your talented piano entertainment and the after party ride home! Thank you Christine for these fantastic photos and the slice of pizza that got me through the night! Thanks to Joan for the last minute contributions to the Cabinet of Curiosities.

And most of all, an oversize thank you goes to all the expressive people who came to the event and support our endeavors.

You cast your vote with every dollar spent on local makers in our shop.

All my love, Yabette
