Love it all! New things from old things! Such a relief to my catholic-environmental guilt syndrome to have something new and cool without the harvesting or manufacturing of new materials.
I would like to offer you and your artists the opportunity to come share your remade fashion skills with the masses at Swap-O-Rama-Rama @ Maker Faire. It’s a giant clothing swap with diy workshops, screenprinting, sewing machines, etc to turn castoffs into runway ready one-of-a-kind fashions.
Sewing machine helpers are desperately needed May 21 & 22 to help others increase their remake powers! We all get new clothes and to mingle and sew with others who love the same. (small stipend to offset travel/parking)
