1. Work directly with designers to create a custom, upcycled garment.
How about a gorgeous gibbous dress for your special day?
Perfect for special events! Planning a wedding? Attending a special party or event?
Why not consider designing your perfect dress or outfit?
Custom options are also great for everyday-wear. Have a favorite jacket you don’t want to part with, but it is in need of a make-over/update?
The possibilities are only limited by your imagination!
Your custom upcycle/makeover options are:
- Start with favorite item in need of an update/ makeover, or
- Work with the designer to pick the base garment to work from.
Love Ghetto Goldilocks upcycled jackets and vests? Work with designer Briget Campbell to design your own, perfect piece using your own favorite vest or jacket that can use a makeover, or one provided by the designer, to make to your specifications.
2. Work directly with designers to create a completely new piece of custom clothing.
A DAS vest is the perfect way to add some character and style to your groom and groomsmen attire. Unlike traditional, mass produced vests, this is one you'll want to wear again!
When creating new, custom pieces, you can select the fabric and special details that you love.
Designers DAS work from vintage patterns to create authentic recreations of classic designs. All work is completed in the Bay Area to keep it local!
3. Get Fit!
Most items purchased from Swankety Swank can be altered to create a perfect fit! A nip here, a tuck there can make your new piece truly your own.
Most importantly, simple alterations are FREE. More substantial alterations can usually be done for $20!!

4. Let your imagination run wild with Custom Accessories
Some of our designers create custom pieces for weddings and other special events.
Designer Eileen uses feathers, vintage brooches, antique fabrics, buttons and flowers to create show-stopping headpieces that you’ll cherish for a lifetime.
Sexi Seaweed also takes commissions to create one of a kind jewelry pieces like earrings, rings, and necklaces.
